This Cancellation and Refund Policy describes the general principles and procedures of the cancellation of your order and refund which you may get when you use our platform (Zoyho Platform). “Zoyho Platform” refers to our website www.Zoyho.com or Zoyho Mobile Application or both of them. The term “services” refers to any services offered by Zoyho through platform or otherwise.

We may occasionally update this policy and we may post such changes on this page. We try to notify you if there are any significant changes to this policy. Your continued use of the App after any update to this Cancellation and Refund Policy will be deemed as your acceptance to such update.
Buyer and Vendor can use the option of cancellation and they shall be liable for any charges subjected to the cancellation. However the request of cancellation maybe accepted by us after the justification of your reason for cancellation. Return will be processed only if it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession; the product is not different from what was shipped to you; the product is returned in original condition with the invoice provided by us. Refund maybe given to the buyer in 2 to 7 working days after the acceptance of the cancellation or return of the goods by the buyer as per conditions. Refund is subjected to the satisfaction of the vendor in terms of the goods he supplied and as per the description provided by the vendor dash board. Any product which falls under the category of “Non Returnable” shall not be entertained for return until and unless it has some justified cause. However the final decision may be taken by vendors or us. Generally, we do not wish to happen any problem with goods subject to our users as your satisfaction is our priority when you use our platform. In case of any circumstance, it is proved and confirmed that you have tampered the goods willfully and requesting for the forceful exchange will be liable for legal charges and we may take legal action against you. “Cancellation” of the order is available to buyer and vendor until the delivery is assigned of that order. If there is any fault pertaining to the stipulations or description which subjects to the return of the goods then the amount paid by you may be refunded. Amount may be refunded within 2 to 7 working days. You may become liable for any charges caused by you which related to any mistake done by you in the process of return or exchange of goods subjected to T&C and guidelines provided by us. You shall remember that Zoyho is an interface which connects you and vendor. We guide you and work for you to conduct the sale. We are not responsible for any issues pertaining to the goods sold by Vendors .You are liable for any charges raised in the process of refunding the amount to the buyer if it is subjected to the cancellation or return of the goods.
